Wick is consumer software that surfaces information on a television and answers questions from a connected voice assistant. It is provided by Roger Bavibidila.
Wick is not a medical device, an emergency service, or a safety system. It does not detect falls, does not monitor vital signs, does not diagnose, and makes no clinical claims. It must not be relied upon in an emergency. Households should maintain an appropriate personal alarm and emergency arrangements independently of Wick.
Wick may only be used with the genuine, informed and revocable consent of the person whose home it is. It is not a tool for monitoring an adult who has not agreed to it. Accounts found to be operating without resident consent will be terminated.
Wick integrates with Ring, Bee, Alexa+ and Amazon Fire TV. Use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you must be entitled to connect the accounts and devices you connect.
Wick depends on third-party services and home internet connectivity and may be unavailable. No uptime is guaranteed.
Wick is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The operator is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Either party may end use at any time. The resident's withdrawal is immediate and unconditional, and deletes their data.
